Having immigrated to the US when she was 9 years old, Luz grew up being an over-achiever, a survival mechanism that worked until it didn't. At 30+ years of living, Luz awakened to her trauma, went on a wild ride of spiritual development, and discovered what it really meant to start creating a life that was authentic to her.
